Simple Asana

Asana is a part of Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga; however, traditionally, in both systems it is still part of the greater aim which is Ultimate Liberation.  Despite our fascination in the West with asana as being Yoga, it does have health benefits.  I have shared in this section three extremely simple sequences and tips which may help you develop a better seated posture, improve general health, and have better sleep.  In the very near future I will be posting several full sequences with my collaborators in our Yoga Asana System: Vitality Yoga Therapy.
