I am so grateful you’re checking out my guided practices.  As the blog continues to grow, I will add more. Scroll over this tab in the menu, the pull-downs will connect you to the practices. Additionally, there is a “Guided Practices” tab under “Categories”.

These online guided practices are helpful; but, they can be set-down over time. I suggest you practice with the audio and as you memorize, recall them internally– develop your own inner voice and teacher.
